Enterprise Ireland has entered into an Accession Agreement to the Unique Business Identifier Number (UBIN) Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) in accordance with the Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019 - https://www.irishstatutebook.ie/eli/2019/act/5/enacted/en/print.html
Accordingly, Schedule C of the original UBIN Data Sharing Agreement - UBIN DSA - Schedule C has been updated with the name of the acceding Public Service Body, Enterprise Ireland.
