Project Objectives

The objective of the GreenPlus project was to co-create and develop a well-informed and clear pathway to deliver our environmental commitment to Net Zero emissions in our operations by 2025 and across our value chain by 2035.

As a professional services company, over 80% of our emissions sit in our people, or "work-related" emissions. Developing an environmental strategy and time-bound Climate Action Plan needed to be underpinned by an active employee engagement programme to enable behavioural change.

Results

• A time-bound Climate Action Plan with over 25 separate initiatives and targets
• A monthly employee engagement programme
• A B score in our first CDP response. Version 1 has since improved year on year, achieving an A- rating in 2023 and 2024, and an A rating in our most recent submission, placing us in the top 4% of companies globally and among the top 10 companies in Ireland.
• A silver rating in Ecovadis, placing us in the top 15% of companies on the platform for reporting across Environmental Sustainability, Labour and Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement.
