Project Objectives 

• GreenStart: Carry out an ESG maturity assessment, baseline carbon footprint analysis across, prioritise actions and identify key training needs.
• GreenPlus: Strengthen our sustainability practices across procurement, energy, and employee engagement, build internal capacity for monitoring our carbon footprint and ESG performance and align our operations with ISO 50001 and B Corp.
• Meter & Monitoring: Enable more granular and machine-based information to help make more informed and strategic business decisions.

Results 

• Developed a sustainability plan with clear 2025/2030 targets and associated action policies (climate and strategy alignment).
• Built capacity with tools and training to monitor carbon footprint (Scopes 1, 2 and 3) and ESG performance.
• Supported our B Corp journey through B Impact Assessment workshops, gap analysis, and strategy development.
• Achieved ISO 50001 certification
• Training and workshops on sustainable procurement and supplier engagement.
• Customised dashboard that enables us to generate different reports such as SEUs, daily production report, day/night usage etc.

The workshops were well-facilitated and tailored to our needs, the deliverables were high-quality and actionable, and the consultant’s expertise helped clarify complex sustainability frameworks. We learned how to apply sustainability standards practically in our business context, the importance of cross-functional collaboration, and how to navigate certification processes more confidently.
