The Art of Possible with Generative AI: EU AI Act Article 50

A practical guide for understanding AI transparency obligations

Sign up to CeADAR’s upcoming webinar exploring what the EU AI Act means for organisations using, building, or publishing AI-generated content.

Since 2 August 2026, Article 50 of the EU AI Act has applied, introducing transparency obligations for certain AI systems and AI-generated outputs. These rules are designed to help people recognise when they are interacting with AI or when content has been artificially generated or manipulated.

We’ll explain how organisations can prepare for Article 50 by learning about:

  • Who must comply
  • Which AI systems and content are covered
  • How providers and deployers can meet their obligations
  • The role of the EU Code of Practice
  • The potential penalties for non-compliance

The session will also include a 15-minute live demonstration showing how to label and disclose AI-generated content in practice.

Ideal for legal, compliance, governance, technology, marketing and communications professionals using or deploying generative AI.

This webinar is fully funded, supported by the European Digital Innovation Hubs Network and co-funded by Enterprise Ireland and the European Commission.

Date & Time: September 8th 2026, 12:30 – 13:30 PM GMT +1
