Silver Hill Duck Marks Commencement of New State-of-the-Art Processing Plant

Silver Hill Duck has officially marked the commencement of construction of its new state-of-the-art processing facility at its headquarters in Emyvale, Co. Monaghan. The milestone was celebrated at a special event attended by Minister of State Niamh Smyth, alongside representatives from Enterprise Ireland, Monaghan County Council, and local public representatives.

The event highlighted a significant milestone in the company’s long-term growth strategy, representing a major investment in the region and reaffirming Silver Hill Duck’s commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable expansion. The development is supported by grant assistance from Enterprise Ireland, reflecting the strategic importance of the project to Ireland’s food production sector and export growth.

The new facility, spanning approximately 5,500 square metres, will substantially increase production capacity.
