SalesSense International rebrands to Uniquely
SalesSense International, Ireland’s leading sales and service outsourcing partner, is delighted to make two notable milestone announcements in its journey towards innovation, transformation and growth in the North-East.
Effective immediately, as part of a strategic rebranding initiative and expansion, the company will operate under its new name, Uniquely. Its new redefined corporate identity has been specially tailored to meet the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow.
Uniquely is also pleased to announce today a significant investment in the North-East region and M1 Corridor – within the next 18 months, the company plans to create over 100 new job opportunities.
This expansion is not just a testament to Uniquely’s commitment to the local economy but also an indication of the vibrant opportunities that exist in this dynamic region of Ireland. In addition, the company hopes to expand its footprint even further in the coming years, both in Ireland and abroad.
Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Defence, Micheál Martin T.D. said:
“I’m particularly pleased to announce Uniquely’s plans to create 100 new jobs at its customer engagement centre in Dundalk. This is a significant milestone for this Irish-owned company, previously known as SalesSense International, and testament to its consistent investment in its workforce, and in solutions for banking, energy and telecoms.
“Today’s announcement is a great boost for Dundalk and the wider North East area, and it paves the way for even further innovation. I want to wish the Uniquely team every success in its ongoing expansion.”
Gerard Teahon, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Uniquely said:
“Today is an exceptionally proud day for all of us in Uniquely. As a result of our unwavering focus on operational excellence, clients are increasingly coming to us to help them with their development and growth objectives and this significant investment of over 100 new job opportunities is in response to increased demand for our services across all our business areas.
“At Uniquely, our vision is to create extraordinary experiences, that push the possibilities of careers, businesses and our category. We collaborate with leading banks in Financial Services on innovative care solutions, we are pioneering sustainable strategies in Utilities, and we are transforming communications sales and support in the Telecoms sector. Across all these domains, our central mission is to elevate standards in customer support and engagement, ensuring exceptional care is woven into the fabric of every sector we touch.
“In addition, people are at the heart of everything we do at Uniquely including these new employment opportunities, which are a welcome investment for our sector, the local economy and the North-East region, as well as contributing to the sustained reputation of the M1 Corridor as an international hub for businesses.”
Michael Carey, Chairman of Enterprise Ireland, said:
