Irish female health brand Gigi Supplements announces €1.5 million in oversubscribed seed round

Funding fuels launch of multiple new science-backed products, UK and international expansion.

Today, March 25^th, Irish brand Gigi Supplements, founded by Nutritional Therapists Jennie Haire and Lisa Hughes, announced the close of the brand’s first institutional seed round of €1.5 million, led by Vestra Partners. The round was significantly oversubscribed, underscoring the surging demand for evidence-based solutions in women’s hormonal health.

Since November 2023, Gigi Supplements, which has been self-funded by its founders to date, has sold 60,000 pouches of its hero product, the PMS & Hormone Balance Blend. The product is available online (gigisupplements.com) and in over 350 retail locations nationwide including Boots and Holland & Barrett. Strong sales and “life changing” reviews, combined with growing investor interest in the women’s health supplements market (projected to grow by 5–11% CAGR globally through 2030), have significantly increased the brand’s visibility and traction.
