PRM Assist closes €500,000 investment to scale Airport passenger assistance technology globally

DUBLIN - PRM Assist, the Irish aviation technology company transforming airport passenger assistance workflows, has successfully secured €500,000 in new investment to accelerate international expansion and support product innovation. The funding round is led by Enterprise Ireland and Irish tech investor Paul McKeon, and will be deployed to grow the team, enhance the platform, and support global market entry.

The capital will be used to expand PRM Assist’s presence in new airport markets, accelerate the development of real-time operational features and to explore the introduction of AI/ML to enhance airport assistance operations. The investment will also allow the company to create high-quality positions, further strengthening the engineering and customer success team.

PRM Assist’s platform is currently live in 15 airports across Europe and the Middle East and is working with international airlines to improve every aspect of accessible aviation operations. Its digital system replaces manual passenger assistance processes with live task orchestration, passenger tracking, and regulatory reporting, helping airports deliver faster, more consistent, and compliant service for passengers with reduced mobility.

Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, with an additional office in Dubai, PRM Assist currently employs ten people and plans to grow to fifteen by the end of 2026 as demand from airport operators and airlines continues to build.

Conor Halpin, Co-Founder and Director of Business Development for PRM Assist, said: “This investment is a major milestone that will enable us to scale our technology to more airports globally. With the support of both Paul and Enterprise Ireland, we can accelerate our mission to improve the passenger journey for people requiring assistance and set new standards for accessible aviation operations.”

Paul McKeon added, “PRM Assist is addressing a critical operational need in the aviation sector with a technology that delivers real value to airports and airlines. The team’s focus on both operational efficiency and passenger experience sets them apart.”

Amanda Ward, Head of Digital Technologies at Enterprise Ireland, said, “PRM Assist is an excellent example of an Irish company developing innovative solutions with global relevance. PRM Assist’s novel and innovative platform provides an effective approach for airlines to effectively manage real-time assistance for passengers with reduced mobility (PRMs) in busy and high-traffic airport settings. Enterprise Ireland is delighted to support their growth as they expand into new markets, providing accessible aviation for all.”
