Mary Kinnane has been appointed as a Divisional Manager in Enterprise Ireland, with responsibility for People and Global Markets.
In her role, Mary will lead Enterprise Ireland’s overseas network of 42 international offices and their work in these markets to support Irish exporters to achieve their global ambition. Mary will also lead the agency’s People function, strengthening the organisation’s capabilities and supporting the continued development of colleagues.
A University College Dublin graduate, Mary has been with Enterprise Ireland for over 18 years, initially working with start-ups and scaling companies across multiple sectors, and supporting these indigenous exporters at every stage of their enterprise journey, through funding and leadership development.
She has a strong track record in leading teams and spent more than 12 years working across Enterprise Ireland’s network of international offices, where she led the agency’s teams and activities across Australia, New Zealand, China and Hong Kong. Most recently, Mary was Enterprise Ireland’s Regional Director for Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Enterprise Ireland, Mary worked in the private sector in a variety of management positions in organisations across technology, food and publishing sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (UCD) and a Master of Business Administration (DCU).
Donnchadh Cullinan has also been appointed as a Divisional Manager in Enterprise Ireland in July 2026, with responsibility for the agency's Technology, Services and Consumer Division.
In his role, Donnchadh will lead a number of Enterprise Ireland teams working across a diverse portfolio of sectors, including digital technologies, fintech, technology start-ups, international education, enterprise solutions and professional services.
A graduate of University of Limerick and UCD, Donnchadh has worked with Enterprise Ireland for more than 20 years, holding a range of leadership roles across multiple sectors and teams supporting early-stage, scaling and established companies. During his career, he has held senior positions in the software, technology start-up and commercial evaluation functions, and most recently served as Department Manager for Enterprise Solutions.
Donnchadh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering and a Master of Science in Technology Management. Prior to joining Enterprise Ireland, he worked in engineering roles with a number of multinational companies based in Ireland.
