Core Financial Systems has announced 30 new jobs at its Global HQ in Dublin, Ireland. This is part of a €1m Research, Development and Innovation (RD&I) expansion plan supported by Enterprise Ireland. The software consultancy organisation will implement the 30 new roles over the next three years.
The organisation, which was founded more than 25 years ago, was established to offer advice on the best software solutions to suit the needs of organisations. This RD&I grant will enable Core Financial Systems to invest in its research and development, software development space and to almost double its current team of 33 people.
The new roles will build out the team in a wide range of areas, including finance, marketing, IT infrastructure, software development and more. Recruitment will commence next month. It will also enable the company to continue to innovate its AI strategies and to empower its team to utilise AI.
The grant marks a pivotal moment in Core Financial Systems’ journey to deliver intelligent, industry-specific financial management solutions for organisations across Ireland, the UK, the United States, and Asia.
Core Financial Systems has more than 25 years’ experience of implementing financial management, purchasing & procurement and business intelligence solutions into Irish and global organisations in key industries such as Aviation Leasing, Public Sector and Financial Services.

About the grant, Karl O’Leary, CEO of Core Financial Systems said: “We are delighted to be creating new roles across our organisation as we continue to scale.
