Hybrid working solutions provider to scale its team to support continued growth
Minister of Enterprise, Trade & Employment welcomes announcement
Capella, the Irish hybrid working solutions provider, today announced that it will create 30 new roles at the company over the next 18 months, more than doubling its existing team.
Founded in 2020 and supported by Enterprise Ireland, Capella was established to address the almost overnight transition to remote and hybrid working during the pandemic, to help business owners and employees navigate this new normal in a safe, structured, and informed environment.
Using the latest AI technology, Capella offers hybrid working software in organisations including hot desk booking, office heat mapping, work-from-home risk assessments, as well as workplace analytical tools to foster greater collaboration amongst teams in the office. The technology also offers crucial data and insights into how hybrid working is performing across the business, which can be used to inform leaders’ decision-making process in finding the hybrid working solution that will be most effective for their business.
The new roles will be in the areas of software development, architecture, IT, sales and customer account management, and recruitment will begin in the coming weeks. The news was warmly welcomed by the Minister of Enterprise Trade and Employment, who commended the Enterprise Ireland backed company on its exceptional success in a such a short time frame.
