A new voluntary standard, Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for non-listed SMEs (VSME) was developed to support micro enterprises and SMEs improve their sustainability performance and provide the sustainability information required by their customers and other relevant stakeholders, e.g. lenders and investors.
