Felimy Greene

Felimy Greene is the former Chief Digital and Client Experience Officer of Citi’s Global Consumer Banking division in Asia and EMEA.

In this role he led a highly diverse team with responsibility for Digital Banking, Marketing, Digital Sales, Client Experience, Design & Innovation, serving over 17 million customers in 18 markets.

Over the last 4 years, Felimy and his team have played a pivotal role in transforming Citi’s Consumer business from a traditional branch and telephony-based model to one that is highly digital, with 50% fewer branches and a growth strategy built around digital media and partnerships. Citi is now recognized as a leader in Mobile Banking in Asia with the fastest growing Mobile customer base and the highest digital engagement levels amongst its peers.

Felimy has over 30 years of banking and technology experience, gained in Europe, the US and Asia Pacific, working with banks such as Merrill Lynch, Bank of America and ANZ Bank, in addition to a number of venture-backed and early-stage technology start-ups. Felimy is a Graduate of University College Dublin in Ireland.
