
Med in Ireland 2011 is the largest medical technologies event to be held in Ireland and the only forum where the full spectrum of medical technologies companies, customers, researchers, clinicians, FDI MNCs and financers were represented along with leading international hospital systems such as the Cleveland Clinic, USA.

Over 800 delegates visited Ireland’s new Convention Centre Dublin on 27 October to participate in Med in Ireland 2011, 250 of whom were leading international decision makers from 31 countries that travelled to Ireland to meet with 80 exhibiting companies. Over 1,000 1-2-1 partnering meetings took place on the day while 137 site visits took place at company premises the days before and after the event.
Med in Ireland 2011 assisted Irish companies win new business and forge new strategic partnerships with visiting guests and others. The event profiled Ireland as a globally recognised centre of excellence in medical device and diagnostic technologies, the location of choice for research and development, manufacture and marketing of highly innovative medical products.
