Frank Collins, is General Manager and Global Business leader for Parc Aviation Limited. Frank joined Parc in 1998 as the Tax & Compliance Manager. He became the Director of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs in 2005 and was appointed to his current role in 2014.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, Frank who has a BA in Business Studies from Trinity College, has previously worked for KPMG and prior to joining Parc was the Finance Director of a TE Sevices UK, which provided 600 telecoms contract staff working for BT. This company was a subsidiary of Eircom, Ireland’s main telecoms provider.
Frank is a past President of the NRF and still serves on the committee. Frank was awarded the first ever Honorary Fellowship of the NRF for his outstanding dedication and commitment while serving as President for 7 years.
Frank engages in direct consultation with the Irish Government and the European Commission on regulatory change and previously lectured part-time in Trinity College on the Business and Information Technology Degree course.
