Welcome and Introduction
Jerry Moloney, Regional Director, South Region, Enterprise Ireland
John Bowen, Cork based business advocate and serial entrepreneur will talk about a company’s journey from trading domestically to becoming a successful exporter.
He will explore the pros and cons of exporting, from preparation and planning to the execution of how to find new customers overseas and assess the risks and rewards that go with growing a business through exporting.

Session 2 - Get Export Ready, Enterprise Ireland
Enda McDonnell, Manager, Potential Exporters Division, Enterprise Ireland.
This session walks participants through the Enterprise Ireland programmes that support new and early stage exporters. It will cover the range of information, training, and financial products EI has available to new and early stage exporters.
South Cork Local Enterprise Office (LEO)
Sean O’Sullivan CEO South Cork LEO, will outline the suite of supports available from the Local Enterprise Offices, to drive the development of small business in the region who is considering an export agenda.
The Irish Exporter Association, will outline their practical supports available to companies considering an export agenda
AIB, DHL, Euler Hermes, APB Food Group and PWC will also be in attendance at the event to advise participants on practical supports available for new and early stage exporters.
