Change management platform for distributed workforces

What problem are you solving and what is innovative about your approach?

Mobile Workers make up 60% of the total U.S. worker population (78.5 million, growing to 93.5 million people by 2024) and 57% of these are frontline employees. As a frontline worker, staying connected with your workplace can be difficult and figures show companies in this sector can have over 70% employee turnover. The pandemic saw the rise of office/remote worker solutions and forgot about people that are not always at a desk. Right now, there are few, if any solution for mobile workers and as one Head of HR for a global company put it, “getting meaningful insights is seriously problematic.”

Wrky solves this problem. Wrky is a simple, powerful and cost effective point solution that combines flexible data capture with real-time data-visualisation and data-insights so leadership can drive measureable improvements across engagement, cultural and performance initiatives for mobile and frontline workers.

How is this idea commercially attractive?

The last 18 months have accelerated rapid change in employee relations and dramatically shifted people’s expectations of employee welfare and support. Research and media publications have described this period as ‘The Great Resignation’ (e.g., Time Magazine; RTE; Harvard Business Review) and the future of the workplace for leadership and employees is in unchartered territory. Navigating this transition while supporting employees and retaining employees is fundamental to a business’ bottom line.

The total addressable market for People analytics is $2.49 billion, with a CAGR of 14.2% (2021-2026).  Wrky is positioned to support mobile workers with our flexible mobile and cloud-based offering. Since the pandemic, we have established a distinct market opportunity in a relatively untapped vertical and our approach to using intervention science to drive insights and measurable change, enabling causal inferences and calculating ROI on human capital decisions/initiatives is a distinct competitive advantage. Wrky fosters winning and supportive cultures and contributes to increases in employee retention, engagement, and performance for mobile and in particular frontline workers. As one Global Head of HR put it, “it’s amazing to see data back up our decisions”.
