As Executive Vice President NA, LATAM & APAC Sebastian Hempstead was responsible for driving Brandwatch’s continued growth strategy in those markets. He took Brandwatch from a new US market entrant in 2011 to market leader in 2016, as confirmed by Forrester. He was directly responsible for Sales, Account Management, Professional Services, Business Development and Partner strategy, generating millions in revenues.
In his role prior to opening the US, he served as Head of Sales and Account Management for Brandwatch Europe in the company’s UK headquarters, where he built and led the team responsible for new account acquisition and ongoing customer success. He has personally pitched and won millions in revenue including many of the company's largest clients.
He has talked as a thought leader on Social strategy at industry and private events, universities, conferences and television as well as contributing to several publications and videos.
Sebastian is a graduate of Aston University in Birmingham, UK.
