Enterprise Ireland Showcases 12 Irish Software Firms at Microsoft's worldwide Partner Conference 2012 in Toronto

Twelve of Ireland’s leading software firms and their technologies are to be showcased at the much acclaimed Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference 2012 (WPC) in Toronto next week (8th – 12th July 2012) supported by Enterprise Ireland.

Twelve Irish independent software vendor (ISV) companies which Enterprise Ireland will showcase at the event represent a number Ireland’s most innovative software, services, and applications that are most relevant to Microsoft’s partner ecosystem. They include, but are not limited to, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft Dynamics CRM add-ons, investment management software, time management, web content management, and more.

During that time, they will share their solutions – and business strategies – to help the Microsoft reseller channel add new customers and incremental revenue.

Will Corcoran, Trade Development Executive at Enterprise Ireland explains:

“We’re very pleased to be a Bronze Sponsor at Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference again this year. For almost 25 years, Enterprise Ireland has partnered with Microsoft to help contribute to the growth of Ireland’s vibrant software industry. Microsoft has played a key role with Enterprise Ireland’s software clients, as it encourages creativity and gives them vital opportunities to access new markets.

“Each of the 12 ISVs with us represents a key software solution or application that a Microsoft channel partner can use immediately to fuel their business growth.”

Jason Keogh, CTO and Founder of Irish software firm iQuate said:

“This is our second year attending WPC (last year we were a finalist for a Global Partner of the Year award in Software Asset Management) and the event has been massively advantageous for us.  WPC is a great opportunity for iQuate, as an Irish company rapidly growing our business abroad, to connect with existing partners, prospective partners we’ve already begun conversations with, and to encounter new potential partners.”

Aidan Gallagher, CEO of InishTech added:

“This is our third year at WPC.   For many Irish companies it’s the best opportunity they will get to meet with Microsoft Product Group leads and Global Partner Managers. It’s also an opportunity to meet with other Irish Partners and Microsoft Ireland do a fantastic job of facilitating this. Some companies in the past may have baulked at the cost of participating, but the Enterprise Ireland package really does make this economically viable.”
