Mediasatellite Ireland Ltd are concentrating on developing Interactive Business Television Applications. We are presently developing an interactive delivery platform for Business Information and educational content. Mediasatellite are leveraging the inherent efficiencies of satellite multicasting technology and IP networking to deliver a stable, intuitive and cost effective solution to the corporate community.
This development is at present being commercially tested in Ireland by our research and development department, with a planned expansion encompassing the European market. As agents of Astra-net, the SES Astra multimedia division, we also have access to a mine of expertise in Satellite Communications. Mediasatellite Ireland Ltd. has been in operation for four years and has its headquarters in Cork City, Ireland. It specialises in interactive broadband networks, most notably providing a network for the Revenue Commissioners.
