Overview
The Leadership4Growth Programme is Enterprise Ireland's world-class Leadership programme aimed at accelerating the development of Irish companies to achieve strong positions in global markets. Delivered in partnership with IMD Business School, Lausanne, Switzerland (delivery & content) and the IMI (1:1 business advice/coaching), this practical programme offers a breakthrough opportunity to enhance leadership capability and deliver real company growth.
The Programme comprises of three residential modules based in Lausanne, Switzerland which cover:
- Dynamic Business Strategy
- High Performance Leadership
- Sustainable Growth: Making It Happen
Each module is followed by one day of insights with the participant’s senior team to effect real and lasting change within participating companies.
Each participant will be assigned a business adviser coach who will encourage, challenge and assist them in implementing the core leadership concepts and applying them to their companies.

This world-class programme is designed to enhance the strategic leadership capabilities of ambitious CEOs/Managing Directors, which will ultimately drive and accelerate the expansion of Irish companies both at home and abroad.
What level of funding is available?
Enterprise Ireland will fund 50-70% of your programme participation depending on the size of your company.
