About the workshop
Devising a strategy for your company is the easy part, implementing and monitoring it is much more difficult. This workshop explored how you communicate the strategy and ensure ownership at all levels in the organisation, as well as understanding the importance of MIS, its link to Key Performance Indicators, and how to leverage information systems to move away from a transaction focused role to a strategic thinking role.
