2.1 Company Background
With over 30 years personal experience in automated test engineering, James
Neary founded Tecpro Ltd in 1982. Operating, initially, from small premises
at the end of James garden, Tecpro grew from strength to strength.
Over a period of 20 years the company established itself as a leading supplier
of test engineering systems for the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) industry.
The company is now based in a new 20,000 square foot facility in Dublin
with a staff of over 50. Major engineering and marketing initiatives by
James have established Tecpro as a preferred, global supplier of incircuit,
functional test fixturing and software. Their prestigious customer base
now includes multinationals such as Intel, Dell, IBM, Siemens, Lucent Technologies,
Motorola and Microsoft.
The company uses the latest technology for innovative design and manufacture

USA are both strong, stable markets with a steady growth curve. Central
and South America are relatively slow growth markets. Asia is booming.
The company operates in a highly competitive market place. The Asian market,

labour, local operations enjoy massive cost savings. Tecpro attribute their
