been owned by the Sorensen family since 1959. Now Ireland’s
leading manufacturer of chocolate, they produce several
brands, with Butlers Irish Handmade Chocolates (www.butlerschocolates.com)
leading the pack. It is positioned at the premium end
of the confectionery market. Today these products are
distributed through their retail outlets, their cafés,
by mail order and online.
