A set of intelligent electronic forms designed to help you with each of the above activities either to: -

• Gather and analyse information.
• Calculate and compare the costs of various options.
• Record and subsequently communicate decisions.

You should download and save this MS Excel file before starting to fill it in. We recommend that you work though the forms in sequence. Explanatory text is available from each form. An improved version of this file will be available in early January 2004.

These forms follow the same format as those in our printed “IT Strategy Workbook”, which some of you may have already received. If not, never mind, as the attached forms include essentially all the instructions contained in the printed workbook.
