The "TechSearch" service is provided free of charge by Enterprise Ireland to all companies who expoert, or are considering exporting, goods or services from Ireland.

Enterprise Ireland does not give any warranty, either express or implied, as to the results that may be obtained from the TechSearch service, or as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of any information or advice provided through the service.

The TechSearch service will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the advice provided, however under no circumstances will Enterprise Ireland be liable for any loss and damage caused by a company's or a person's, reliance on information or advice obtained through this service. It is the responsibility of the company using the service to evaluate the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information, opinion or advice obtained though the service. Each company should seek the advice of its won professional advisors regarding the evaluation of any information, opinion or advice obtained through this service.
