Enterprise Ireland is now accepting applications to the Enterprise Innovation Networks initiative.
Funding of up to €200,000 per annum over 3 years will be granted to four successful industry representative groups to establish an Enterprise Innovation Network amongst their member companies.
Each network must identify a research theme or technology that is of direct relevance to their members. Applicants should outline what new initiatives they will undertake to promote R&D and innovation under this chosen area to their members.
The Enterprise Innovation Network initiative is an Enterprise Ireland programme to increase the levels of strategic R&D and innovation in companies based in Ireland.
Eligible Organisations
Applicants must comply with the following criteria:
- Have an established membership of at least 50 companies
- A successful track record in managing the affairs of the existing membership
- Demonstrate experience in dealing with members on R&D and technology related matters
- Have a legal status and show financial stability over at least three years.
Funding & Eligible Costs
100% grant funding will be available up to a maximum of €200,000 to cover eligible costs related to the promotion and maintenance of the network may include:
- Salaries and wages of additional staff specifically employed to promote, implement and maintain support for this activity
- consultancy fees
- travel and subsistence and
- direct overheads
