New Era packaging offer a Turnkey facility for the printing of Self Adhesive label products, including Full-Inhouse origination and Platemaking facilities. Our printing processes comprise, Rotary Flexo(both full UV and Water-based) Rotary and Semi-Rotary Letterpress and incorporating Silkscreen and Hotfoil or Coldfoil printing. Additional specialities such as laminating,specialist inks, sequential numbering, Included within our portfolio is our long established expertise in production of Peel n Reseal Labels, Multi-page promotional labels and Booklet labels specifically developed to meet the legislative and informational requirements in the Chemical and pharma/HealthCare sectors. Our latest innovation involves our exclusive ability to convert and coat bespoke materials for specific applications in the packaging sectors. This process enable our customers to use improved label products with significant recyclability characteristics.
