Programme Overview

The Leadership 4 Growth Programme, currently being provided by Stanford Graduate School of Business, focuses on the ambition and leadership capability of the participating CEO's and the development and execution of their business strategy to achieve accelerated growth. 

In order to achieve these ambitions and to effect real and lasting change within these companies, it is necessary to invest in the development of the senior teams.  This enables the CEO and their senior teams to build organisations capable of achieving the growth ambitions and strategies developed during the Leadership 4 Growth programme.

In response to this, Enterprise Ireland, in partnership with Stanford Graduate School of Business, has developed Insights into Leadership 4 Growth, a 3-day programme designed to expose the senior teams to the same models and theories taught on the CEO Stanford programme.

CEO Masterclass

In addition to the above senior team event, there will be a Masterclass delivered by Charles O'Reilly for the CEOs from both Leadership for Growth Programmes.
