A Strategic Change and Growth Programme

The following key areas will be addressed on the programme:

• Industrial Analysis
• New Product Development
• Production Enhancement
• Practical Marketing
• Logistics

In addition each participating company will receive a pre programme visit to allow for discussion on individual management needs and the programme objectives.  Also, each delegate will receive 5 in-company expert consultant/mentor days to assist in addressing specific aspects of business development through the completion of a company specific project and a set of action plans for the next 2-3 years.  There will be a 5 day trade and training mission to Denmark during which visits will be made to relevant centres of excellence.
