This very prestigious management development programme is funded by Enterprise Ireland and is run by the Food Industry Training Unit, Faculty of Food, Science and Technology, University College Cork.

Who should apply?

The programme is targeted at newly qualified graduates starting in the food and drinks sector and at team leaders/supervisors in the same companies.

Programme

The programme will run over nine months and will consist of eight workshop modules, seven of a two-day duration, at selected venues around Ireland, together with an in-company project.  Workshops will cover the following subject area:-

  • Team Building
  • Communication Skills
  • Presentation Skills
  • Leadership/Motivation
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making
  • Continuing Business and Personal Development
