LEADERSHIP 4 GROWTH PROGRAMME 2009

Leadership 4 Growth is a unique programme specifically designed for CEOs of companies who have the ambition and potential to achieve significant scale in their chosen markets.  It represents an important element of Enterprise Ireland's overall strategy to accelerate the development of world-class Irish Companies by helping them to build and enhance their leadership capabilities.

This exclusive programme offers a breakthrough opportunity to enhance the impact of leadership on company growth.  Leadership 4 Growth was developed by Enterprise Ireland in partnership with the Irish Software Association and is delivered by the world-renowned Stanford Graduate School of Business over 3 five-day modules on their campus in the US. 

The third Leadership 4 Growth programme will commence in March 2009 and is open to CEOs of companies who are committed to leading their company to a strong international market position.  It is a demanding programme, requiring considerable input from participants both during the three residential modules, the one on one coaching sessions and in the interim periods when the core concepts of the programme will be implemented in their companies.

Insights into Leadership 4 Growth

In order to effect real and lasting change within participating companies, it is necessary to invest in the development of the senior teams.  Insights into Leadership 4 Growth is a 3 day programme designed to expose the senior teams to the same models and theories taught on the CEO Stanford Programme.  Part 1 will take place between Module 1 and Module 2, Part 2 will take place before the Programme Finale.  The Insights into Leadership 4 Growth will be delivered in Dublin by a number of Stanford's most distinguished faculty.  This is an inclusive element of the L4G programme which can be attended by each CEO and up to 3 members of their senior team.
