Many of our clients who have benefited from our mentor network welcome advice from experienced executives who have special knowledge and connections in overseas markets and as such we are introducing a service offered on a selective basis to clients who are investing significantly in developing new markets.

This is a new service with the objective of developing a network of influential business mentors and advisors living and working in overseas markets who provide feedback on business/market propositions to our clients.  It is specifically focussed on key sectors with the objective of providing mentors, coaches, technical advice to companies making strategic decisions about their business in approaching a market sector.

Enterprise Ireland is currently recruiting a panel of advisors with technical and market knowledge in the Pharmaceutical Life Science, Digital E-Learing Financial Services Software and Compliance Sectors who will agree to act as a sounding board for clients.  This is to test their various business propositions and in some cases provide referrals or if appropriate become involved either as a technical advisor or as a board member.

Advisors volunteer their services with the proviso that there are no long term engagements.  In order to ensure both parties have meaningful discussions a briefing document is prepared prior to meeting so that key issues can be addressed.
