Required Forms (including Trade Fair Participation) are listed below:

• Declaration Form 1 
  This form should be read carefully as it explains the grant process in detail.  Please follow this.  Failure to complete this form in full may delay processing of claim.
• Claim Form 16 - Trade Fair Participation
• Auditor Certificate Template - Trade Fair  - Trade Fair Participation / Trade Fair Travel
• Claim Form 11 - Market Research
• Auditor Certificate Template - Market Research
• Travel & Subsistence Expense Sheet
• Current Tax Clearance Certificate (if not previously provided).  This Certificate is provided by the Revenue Commissioners and can be applied for on their website www.revenue.ie or your Local Revenue Division.
