What forms do I require?

Required Forms (including Key Skills & Competitiveness Fund) are listed below:

• Declaration Form 1 
  This form should be read carefully as it explains the grant process in detail.  Please follow this.  Failure to complete this form in full may delay processing of claim.
• Claim Form 9 - Employment
• Auditor's Certificate Template - Employment
• Environmental Profile Form (excluding key skills)
• Current Tax Clearance Certificate (if not previously provided).  This Certificate is provided by the Revenue Commissioners and can be applied for on their website www.revenue.ie or your Local Revenue Division.
