What forms do I require?
Required Forms (including RTI and Competitiveness Fund) are listed below. Please note in the case of the Productivity Improvement Fund, plant and equipment purchased by leasing or hire purchase are not eligible.
- Declaration Form 1
This form should be read carefully as it explains the grant process in detail. Please follow this. Failure to complete this form in full may delay processing of claim.
- Grant Claim 13 - Leasing Plant Machinery (to be completed by the Lessor)
- Auditors Certificate Template (to be completed by the Lessor's Auditors)
- Current Tax Clearance Certificate (if not previously provided). This Certificate is provided by the Revenue Commissioners and can be applied for on their website www.revenue.ie or your Local Revenue Division.
