Rights of review in relation to decisions made

Customer complaints should be sent to the Secretary to the Board, who will arrange for the matter to be investigated.  In the case of serious complaints a Senior Management Team will be appointed to carry out an investigation into the complaint. 

Any complaints should be made in writing and addressed to
