This half-day event, hosted by our Industrial Technology Commercialisation Operations department, offered individuals and companies an opportunity to learn about potential investment prospects in early stage spin-out companies emerging from the Irish Third-Level research institutions.
The format comprised of short "elevator pitch" introductions from the academic promoters on the selected business opportunities followed by informal networking around exhibition stands, where the promoters provided more detail through presentations, demonstrations and answer questions on a one to one basis.
