10:00-11:00 hrs	Arrive at the IRELAND-NEW ZEALAND STUDY ABROAD FAIR Venue: Palaceside Building Decorate Booths
11:00-12:00hrs	Briefing session on opportunities in the Japanese education market
12:00-13:00 hrs	Fair opens to Agents, University representatives and International Schools
16:00 hrs	Fair opens to general public
18:00-19:00 hrs	Education reception (venue TBC). Education agents, university and international school representatives and Irish education alumni here in Tokyo will be invited to the reception. The idea behind this fair is to bring business to Irish educational institutions through the development of an Irish education community in Japan.

10:00 hrs	Arrive at the IRELAND-NEW ZEALAND STUDY ABROAD FAIR Venue: Palaceside Building November 3 is a national holiday in Japan and the Fair is open to the public
13:00 hrs	Presentations for the public: Country presentations on Ireland and New Zealand Q&A session with Japanese students who have studied in Ireland or New Zealand
17:00 hrs	Fair closes. Dismantle booths
17:30 hrs	Debriefing session
