If you are not satisfied with the standard of service or if you feel improvements could be made, we welcome your feedback.  We will deal with all comments and complaints thoroughly and fairly.  Any dissatisfaction with the manner of service provided will be investigated promptly and clients and staff of Enterprise Ireland will be treated fairly.

Feedback

Enterprise Ireland actively encourages feedback through a variety of mechanisms including client surveys carried out by independent researchers, feedback forms given to clients who use our services and regular meetings between Board Members and Senior Managers with clients.

Please feel free to talk to us.  We are constantly seeking ways to improve the quality of our services and to ensure we evolve to meet your needs.  If you would like to make a comment, suggest a new initiative or area for improvement, please feel free to contact us.
