| Job Function: |
The successful candidate will work as part of a busy team of skilled IT infrastructure specialists, providing a quality support service and deploying new and upgraded systems, networks and other infrastructure related applications in accordance with current best practice. |
| Duties: |
To work as part of a dynamic team involved in the following areas:
- Desktop operating systems and applications support in line with best practice
- MS Windows and Unix/Linux servers
- Local and Wide Area Networks
- IT Security
- Mobile devices and applications

| Key Skills: |
- Degree or Higher Certificate in an IT related discipline with an interest in the areas outlined above
- Collaborative working style with a track record of contributing effectively to team activity
- Self Starter; results focussed and proactive with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to adopt a methodical approach to problem solving
- Ability to deliver a customer focussed high quality service to our clients
